“Very honest business. Their recommendation is always to benefit the customers and not to make money from repairs that are not necessary.
I had a 2015 GL450 that had water damage. The insurance company wanted to fix the car. Soua from Star Motors recommended to me and pushed the insurance to total the car instead of repairing. They could have easily repaired the SUV and charged $14K but they felt that the SUV may have problems down the line and so Soua convinced the insurance that repairing the SUV was not a good idea and that they should total the car. Eventually the insurance company agreed. I have used them in the past as well for my S500 and these guys are very honest, explaining what repairs are necessary and why. Very satisfied with their service.”

“My Mercedes Benz C300 2009 had what seem like an ESL Steering lock, so car would not turn on at all! I had called and spoke to Soua and also Alvin and they even agreed that's what it sounded like but suggested to come in & even told me what it could cost if it was what we assumed! They were so so sooooo helpful. Sure enough, it was the electronic steering wheel lock. The prices are great. I feel like other places has tried to charge me more than what it should've been, but here at star motors they were honest, fast and reliable! The customer service was amazing as well! I brought it in on the 18th of February and it was done by March 4th. My husband and I will be servicing the Mercedes here again for any future tune ups or anything we come across that needs work for our Mercedes. We trust them 100% and appreciate their hard work. “Alvin, the owner, Soua, service technician, and service team are trustworthy, reliable, and fair. They have consistently provided excellent service and care. In 2018 they fixed my 2008 BMW, and today they did it again!
This time my BMW would no longer start after it rode extremely rough. It was not the battery. I called and scheduled an appointment to get a diagnosis and estimate. I had to have my BMW towed there (thank you Triple AAA and Kee). Alvin and Soua communicated clearly throughout the repair process and fixed my BMW promptly.
My BMW starts up smoothly, and the engine runs beautifully. I feel so safe and very confident driving my family in my vehicle.

“Visiting home, I discovered my parent's car no longer had functioning A/C. Fearing more electrical gremlins or a broken compressor, I called Star Motors for an appointment. Star Motors squeezed me in for a last minute diagnosis, recharged the refrigerant and referred us to a specialty shop because of deteriorated A/C lines on the car which are no longer manufactured (thanks, MBUSA). Price was reasonable for services rendered with a quick turn around (I waited in their waiting area).”

“Star Motors is incredibly good. My wife's Mercedes suddenly lost power and after calling the nearest Benz dealer we looked for a shop that worked on these German cars. We had it towed in and within a day it was ready to go. I truly like this shop. They are honest and do a great job. Their shop is located in the back lot of the garage area. Well worth the energy to look for them. If you want to waste money, go to a dealer; if you want a good job with reasonable rates come here.”

“I brought my BMW 528i and my other vehicle (Mercedes-Benz E350) here for service and once again it was a professional and painless experience. I had the camshaft actuator solenoids replaced on my Mercedes Benz E350 and had the idle/deflection pulley replaced on my BMW 528i. The service costs are still very competitive and are still much cheaper than what the dealership wanted. I also wanted to share that the quality of their work is dealership-grade, they use genuine and quality OEM parts, and they are fast. Thank you again!”
